Tuesday, 11 May 2010, 19:30-21:45, at St Andrew's School, Grange Road, Leatherhead KT22 7JP. Coffee/Tea & biscuits will be served between 19:30 and 19:45. Please complete the form below and submit it to book your place - you will receive a copy of your booking form immediately by email and, in due course, confirmation of your session, final details & directions.
